Our client's marketing needs are growing at a tremendous rate, and we are looking to add to our marketing team a talented Social Media Specialist. In this position, you'll be a part of a small team that has a direct impact on our company.

The Opportunity:

The Social Media Specialist is responsible for producing entertaining or educational material and is responsible for the contribution of information to any media. You will create both digital media and offline content that caters to the interests of a target audience. 

Overview:

We're looking to bring on a Social Media Specialist to join our team so that we can grow our digital footprint and optimize our marketing funnels.

Our objective is to effectively engage with targeted virtual communities and network users to achieve exceptional customer engagement, foster intimacy, drive website traffic, and increase revenue through strategic utilization of the social media marketing roadmap.

As the social media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing engaging content across multiple social media platforms. Your primary focus will be on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. You will collaborate with our team to promote our content.

You are passionate about technology, possess the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and have a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms and how to optimize content for maximum engagement.

Your expertise in social media marketing will be essential in achieving our goals and establishing strong brand connections.

Core Areas of Focus: 

  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality, branded social content including images, video, and written content for the client’s social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and additional advertising platforms
  • Map out a comprehensive organic social media content plan and Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules, driving strategies that are proven by testing and metrics
  • Monitor and measure the impact of social media campaigns; analyze, review, and report data/metrics, and insights on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results
  • Collaborate with appropriate team members in responding to and engaging with our online community
  • Writing Blogs and later optimizing them for SEO and social media purposes
  • Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions
  • Monitor trends and stay current on social media industry tools, applications, measurements, channels, design, strategy, and all things social media management
  • Communicate the brand voice to our target audience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating and publishing quality, on-brand social media content across platforms (TikTok and IG Stories/Reels production/hosting)
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Exceptional eye for design, style, detail, and color
  • Vast and varied creative skillset - the work will range from photography, videography, graphic design, etc.
  • High level of creativity, and demonstrated ability to generate innovative concepts, designs, and ideas
  • Strong time management skills, fast learner, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within time constraints
  • Excellent and consistent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
  • Reliable, patient, and hard-working team player
  • Curious, intelligent, and motivated
  • Displays a friendly, energetic, and personable attitude

Nice to Haves:

  • An internship with hands-on project experience
  • Google Ads
  • Experience using video editing software (e.g. Final Cut, Premiere, VN)

 Education and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of relevant and progressive experience in social media/content creation fields
