Our client's marketing needs are growing at a tremendous rate, and we are looking to add to our marketing team a talented Social Media Content Creator. In this position, you'll be a part of a small team that has a direct impact on our company.

The Opportunity:

The Social Media Content Creator/Coordinator is responsible for producing entertaining or educational material and is responsible for the contribution of information to any media. You will create both digital media and offline content that caters to the interests of a target audience. 

Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Social Media Content Creator/Coordinator to join our IT team. You will primarily be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of specific Social Media Marketing campaigns and projects.

As a member of our content team, the coordinator will need to be creative, well-organized, and have a keen eye for social media as a marketing service. You will be able to present a portfolio demonstrating their creative use of social media campaigns. The Social Media Content Coordinator will have a passion for supporting and improving online presence and digital marketing strategies while increasing organic interactions.

You will play a key role in shaping our company's digital content creation strategy, ensuring the delivery of top-notch solutions that align with our client's goals and expectations.

Core Areas of Focus: 

  • Conceive, create, and post organic content on ALL social channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Stay on top of industry trends and find new and interesting ways of implementing them into our online presence
  • Create high-quality, branded content that positively and accurately portrays our business and industry
  • Stay up-to-date on current trends in order to maximize community engagement in new and creative ways
  • Collaborate with appropriate team members in responding to and engaging with our online community
  • Organize and plan posting schedules to ensure all department needs are met
  • Key stakeholder in the creative process to ensure content is break-through delivers on brand objectives, meets creative excellence standards, and garners results

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional social media content design experience
  • Ability to write clear, error-free content
  • Communicate the brand voice to our target audience
  • Exceptional eye for design, style, detail, and color
  • Fresh ideas to push social presence beyond what has previously been done
  • Vast and varied creative skillset - the work will range from photography, videography, graphic design, etc.
  • High level of creativity, and demonstrated ability to generate innovative concepts, designs, and ideas
  • Portrays passion and integrity for self and overall company vision and values
  • Excellent and consistent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, patient, and hard-working team player
  • Curious, intelligent, and motivated
  • Displays a friendly, energetic, and personable attitude

Nice to Haves:

  • An internship with hands-on project experience

Education and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of relevant and progressive experience in social media/content creation fields
